For over 20 years, SRB has advised banks, investment firms, insurance companies, fintechs, funds, and other financial institutions on Sharia-compliant products, governance, audits, certifications, and Islamic finance solutions across multiple international markets. As Islamic finance continues to expand across Central Asia, SRB is seeking motivated students and recent graduates to help introduce its advisory services to financial institutions in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and the wider CIS region. About the Role We are looking for ambitious individuals with an interest in Islamic finance and business development who would like to gain international experience while working with a leading Sharia advisory firm. This is an excellent opportunity to build professional networks, develop business development skills, and contribute to the growth of Islamic finance in your region. Final-year student or recent graduate in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business, Marketing, Islamic Finance, or a related discipline. Interest in Islamic finance and financial services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset. Comfortable communicating with professionals and senior executives. Fluency in English is required. Russian and/or Kazakh or Uzbek language skills are highly desirable. What You'll Gain Practical experience in international business development. | DUTIES | Key Responsibilities Identify organizations that may benefit from SRB&'s Sharia advisory services. Arrange introductory meetings between prospective clients and SRB's management team. Represent SRB professionally while building relationships with industry stakeholders. |
