What you will do: Help shape and execute BCG Caspian's employer branding strategy on campus Build and strengthen BCG's presence and reputation at your university Promote the BCG brand among top-performing students from your home country Support recruiting events, information sessions, and other campus initiatives Share and promote BCG opportunities across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms Who we are looking for: 3rd-year bachelor's students Studying at a university in the Caspian region or abroad Strong academic performance Creative, proactive, and confident using social media Excellent communication and organizational skills Genuine interest in strategy and business consulting Fluent in English and Kazakh |
