REQUIREMENTSOrkendarium is a program of KFCSED, an Almaty-based nonprofit foundation dedicated to women's empowerment
through vocational and professional education. As Orkendarium grows, we are looking for motivated KIMEP University
students to join us for a one-month internship supporting our data and storytelling work.
We are recruiting up to two interns.

About the Program
Orkendarium supports women entrepreneurs through training, mentorship, and business-plan development. Around 120 participants are taking part in the program in Summer 2026: about 40 presented their business plans to a panel of expert evaluators in July, and a further batch will do so in August. We now need support to consolidate the evaluation data from
both rounds (July and August) and to share participants stories more broadly.

Currently enrolled at KIMEP University in related field).
• Reading and speaking proficiency in both Russian and Kazakh.
• Comfortable working with English-language instructions and reporting.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and basic data organization; attention to detail.
• Reliable, organized, and comfortable managing a self-directed short-term project.
SALARYunpaid
DUTIESFocus: turning paper-based and online evaluation data into clear, usable insights.
• Collect and digitize paper-based evaluation forms completed by expert judges for both the July and August business-
plan presentation rounds (around 120 participants in total).
• Consolidate and clean data from both paper and online sources into a single, unified dataset.
• Analyze results to identify patterns, strengths, and areas for improvement in the program.
• Prepare clear summaries and visualizations to (a) inform internal program improvement and (b) share results with
participants.
• Maintain data accuracy and confidentiality throughout the process.
