| REQUIREMENTS | About the Program Orkendarium supports women entrepreneurs through training, mentorship, and business-plan development. Who We are Looking For • Currently enrolled at KIMEP University, Faculty of Journalism or Social Sciences (or related field). • Reading and speaking proficiency in both Russian and Kazakh. • Comfortable working with English-language instructions and reporting. • strong writing skills, interest in video/multimedia storytelling, and basic web content skills (or willingness to learn). • Reliable, organized, and comfortable managing a self-directed short-term project. |
| DUTIES | Focus: bringing participants success stories to life on the Orkendarium website. • Design and help build a new Success Stories; section on the Orkendarium project website. • Define the content format: short video interviews with participants, paired with brief written text, plus links to their businesses. • Coordinate with participants to collect video and written material in a simple, respectful, and efficient way. • Handle the technical side of publishing content to the website (with support from the team). • Ensure a consistent, engaging editorial style across all published stories.
