| REQUIREMENTS | KAEF supports talented students and brings KIMEP alumni into their journey as patrons, mentors and partners. We are looking for a student who can turn these people and their stories into a consistent public presence. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR • A senior KIMEP student with experience-on SMM, content or media experience. • A producer mindset. You are comfortable receiving an objective and figuring out the path from idea to published result. • Strong communication and coordination skills. You can get people to answer, show up, approve and participate. • Confident mobile shooting and basic editing skills. Graphic design is a plus. • Good written English and Russian. Kazakh is a plus. |

| DUTIES | You will help build a system from zero: a repeatable way to make scholarship students compelling public heroes and to make alumni patronage socially visible. The goal is larger than “running social media.” By the end of the project, you should be able to point to a content machine you designed, operated and improved. Our working principle: we define what the communication needs to achieve; you turn it into content and make it happen. Turn a content objective into a finished publication: identify the hero, choose the format, prepare a script or brief, organize production, secure approvals and publish. • Shoot confidently on a phone yourself or coordinate a cameraman, designer or other supplier when the format requires it. • Work directly with students, patrons, KIMEP teams and external partners to make production happen. • Engage the audience after publication: respond to comments, join relevant conversations and help people discover KAEF. • Support PR stories with media: collect facts, coordinate heroes and materials, and help move an article from idea to publication. |
