| REQUIREMENTS | About Us: We are an international fintech holding developing B2B solutions for payment processing and acquiring. We are currently strengthening our customer care team and looking for a reliable First-Line (L1) Support Specialist for night shifts. This is an excellent opportunity for IT students or anyone seeking a stable remote part-time job in the IT sector with transparent growth prospects. What You Will Do: Promptly process incoming B2B client inquiries via chat. Provide initial consultations on standard questions regarding payment services. Work with internal databases: create tickets, search for information using keywords, and navigate logs. Act as an effective dispatcher: timely escalate complex technical and financial issues to othee teams (L2/technical team). Monitor response times (SLA) and maintain communication until the client's issue is fully resolved. Our Ideal Candidate: Location: Strictly Kazakhstan. Languages: Russian and English (B2 / Upper-Intermediate or higher). Skills: Excellent written communication; ability to formulate thoughts clearly, concisely, and politely. Technical foundation: Basic proficiency in office applications and an understanding of how to search for information in databases. Personal traits: High level of responsibility, attention to detail, perseverance, and empathy. Will Be a Big Plus (Nice-to-haves): Incomplete or completed higher technical education (IT-related field). Experience communicating with B2B clients and IT departments (developers, analysts). A basic understanding of how Payment Service Providers (PSP) operate. |
| DUTIES | What We Offer: Format: 100% remote work. Schedule: Night shifts only (Monday to Friday) from 02:00 AM to 09:00 AM (GMT+3). Onboarding: During your first 6–12 months, we will fully immerse you in the specifics of our fintech product and thoroughly train you in all operational processes.
