Description

Projects are an increasingly important aspect of modern business. Therefore, the course underlines the importance of understanding the relation between projects and the strategic goals of the organization. A main aim of the course is to provide a thorough introduction to basic techniques in business project evaluation and their application to a range of projects.

• Explain and illustrate the organizational context and environment within which business project operates; • Recognize, select, interpret and apply data; • Explain and illustrate the framework of project functioning and common tools; • Organize information and apply it in a creative way to the solution of problems and to the development of strategies; • Examine successful business projects
